This was my first time getting an IV and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Paul was so attentive and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything along the way and made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. Great customer service is hard to find but this was stellar. I feel AMAZING. The trip to get there is absolutely worth it. Looking forward to the next visit.

This was my second time receiving NAD+, but my first time at Access IV Infusion Center & Vitamin Lounge, and I can confidently say I enjoyed this experience much more than my previous one elsewhere. The lounge itself is spacious, extremely clean, and offers a wide variety of treatment options. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and welcoming. Paul took exceptional care of us—he took the time to sit down, review our health history, check our blood pressure, and thoroughly answer all of our questions. Throughout the entire visit, he consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The chairs are incredibly comfortable and even come with cozy blankets. There were also snacks and drinks available, which was such a thoughtful touch during the infusion. Overall, the level of care and attention really stood out. We will definitely be back! Thank you to Paul and the entire team for such a great experience.

I decided to go to Access IV Vitamin Lounge because I felt sluggish and needed a boost of energy. Upon my arrival, I was happy to see there is plenty of on-site parking. Once upstairs, the medical professionals greeted me with genuine warmth and confirmed what I previously chose from my online reservation which was the perfect formula for an energy boost and brain fog. Every step from check-in, brief consult with their medical professional to the actual IV Vitamin infusion was smooth, reassuring, and refreshingly transparent. I had B12, Glutathione, and Taurine vitamin infusion for energy and mental clarity. The lounge itself is spotless and beautifully designed: soft lighting, soothing music, wall-mounted TVs and comfortable leather recliners made it easy to relax while my infusion did its work. Most importantly, I felt the results. Within two hours of finishing, I noticed a gentle surge of energy and mental clarity that lasted the rest of the day, no jittery crash, just a steady feeling of overall wellness. The nurse even followed up with practical hydration tips to keep the benefits going. If you’re on the fence about IV therapy, do yourself a favor and book a session here. I was initially hesitant because I was nervous about it. But I'm glad I did and honestly should have done it sooner. The staff’s expertise, the pristine environment, and the immediate benefits have made Access IV Vitamin Lounge my new go-to spot for proactive health and self-care. I highly recommend this place!

I visited Access IV Vitamin Lounge because it was highly recommended by a friend. I had the Glow and Grow infusion which is designed to boost the health of your hair, skin, and nails. It is definitely worth it. The medical staff were amazing as they were very friendly and informative every step of the way. The lounge is very comfortable with a relaxing setting. I'll be recommending to friends as well.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Access IV Vitamin Lounge! Setting up my appointment was a breeze; Paul made it incredibly easy and convenient. When I walked into the facility, I was immediately struck by how clean, bright, and inviting it was. I was given a private room that felt so cozy, complete with a comfortable chair and a desk, allowing me to catch up on some work while I received my IV drip. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it easy to focus on my tasks without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. Paul was truly exceptional. He started by checking my vitals and, after my IV was in place, he checked on me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
