Check your billing statements carefully. Several reviews include billing issues. Mine does too- the office pushed me to get my lab work done in clinic, and insisted they would bill my insurance. Then they failed to bill my insurance correctly. I provided my cards repeatedly in person, via email, and gave them the information over the phone. They kept telling me someone from billing would follow up. Finally, billing reaches out to me, almost a year later. They still have me as self pay, they still haven't billed my insurance, and they are threatening to send me to collections. I also felt over billed in clinic, I had booked two one hour appointments back to back (one for my child and one for me). However, the doctor told me to make another appointment instead of providing the full hour to us each- we were out of the 2 hour scheduled appointment in less than a hour. When I attempted to address it with front office staff- they had me pay for the appointments but would not explain if we were being billed for an hour appointment each. Instead they defered me billing, who never got back to me.

Great Service! I tend to get my IV infusions here and the nurses are always helpful. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Overpriced services with inexperienced nursing staff. The nurse repeatedly failed to find my vein, causing pain and frustration. I expected much better care for the cost.

Dr. Hannah was amazing! Great at starting IVs and has a beautiful and tender heart. Everyone in the office is kind and empathetic.
