I went to Body Balance for additional Fotona 4 laser treatments after having my initial sessions done by another provider in Portland, and I truly can’t recommend Body Balance enough. They were incredibly thorough—far more so than my initial provider—which made a huge difference in my experience and results. They recommended a few additional treatments, and after discussing them with Alana, I decided to move forward. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Choosing Body Balance is definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time, and I highly recommend them.

I had such a wonderful experience at Body Balance Health & Aesthetic Medicine! The spa is beautiful, clean, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Alana was absolutely amazing — she’s professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. From the moment I walked into Body Balance, I knew I was in good hands. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the start, making the check-in process seamless. I came in for my normal Botox regimen and had the pleasure of working with Olivia. I have been working with her the last few years and have gone where she goes. She is an absolute dream! Each time I visit Olivia, she takes the time to do a thorough consultation, ask if I have any concerns, and explains the entire process in detail, managing my expectations for the results and aftercare. When I visit her with limited time on my lunch breaks, I have still never felt rushed. During the treatment itself, Olivia was gentle and communicative, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I felt almost no pain, just a few "crunches and pokes" as she says. I highly recommend Body Balance Health and Aesthetics and Olivia Pettit to anyone looking for professional work and genuine care. This is my new go-to place, and I can't wait for my next appointment!
