Amazing doctors! I have PCOS and have seen both Dr. Benkley and Dr. Tabitha and they were the only doctors to take me seriously when I had concerns and have helped me so much with getting my symptoms under control to the point I was able to get pregnant and now I am having my first baby in June! So thankful for their help! I plan on seeing them again postpartum for any help after birth regarding my PCOS.

Giving 1 star because there is no 0. Dr Binkley had my wife get her blood work done on August 25 then she would renew her prescriptions. Called the dr on September 6 to get an update and receptionist said we will call back. We have called 7 times since, prescriptions lapsed September 10. Still no rx's. Dr Binkley called on October 10 to make an appointment, 1 month after all prescriptions lapsed. Hopefully Dr Binkley treats other patients better!

I’ve seen Dr. Free and Dr. Lamb and honestly, they’re both great! I would recommend them to anybody. The front office staff have always been cheerful upon greeting. Robin, in billing, was very easy to work with an understanding! They’re now scheduling Zoom calls with the doctors which makes having appointments super easy, especially during COVID.

BIGGEST WAIST OF TIME EVER, & VERY DISRESPECTFUL, this place is horrible! I submitted 2+ inches of Dr's records from 2 separate pain clinic's, just to try to get my MMJ card RENEWED that my Dr recommended I have! After several promised calls, I had to keep calling back to find out anything! This joke of a place wouldn't even approve a RENEWAL, on a card I've had for years now with the mountain of evidence I have! Time was important, I was running out of meds, and needed my card quick, they strung me out a month just to say,, NO WE'RE INCOMPETENT! Now I'm out of meds & SCREWED! I'll NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I'll make sure my family & friends stay WAY away from there!! One call the nex day to Tacoma, and I had a new card in the mail within 15 minutes! funny how I could get it easily done somewhere else!! Thank you MEDI-SOLUTIONS.. YOU ROCK!!!!

The most unprofessional, rude office staff I have ever encountered in my life!!! (receptionist Angie, office manager Heather, Donna in billing & Dr. Free and all the way up to the owner Tim Wilson!) BE CAREFUL with them, you may get mistreated and discriminated!! You have been warned! Find a better clinic with much nicer staff that treat you right!
