I had such a great experience at COR Regenerate! I tried the hyperbaric chamber, the HOCATT, and an infrared red light therapy session and every part of it felt intentional and restorative. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my wellness goals. You can tell they truly care about helping you feel your best, not just physically but overall. They took the time to explain each treatment and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for wellness therapies in Spokane whether it’s recovery, healing, or just investing in your long-term health I highly recommend COR Regenerate. I’ll absolutely be back!

I've purchased services over the past several months. Services are good, pricing is straightforward. While they're very friendly and inform ppl of services, they're not pushy in the ways of up-selling, which is super nice. Generally it's pretty chill/calm there. Clean. I've utilized a combination of HBOT and their em-line(ie the emsculpt corp, multiple products) to help with a myriad of health issues. I would say it's helpful in recovery from injuries/surgeries etc for *me*. HBOT can be pretty spendy in general, but I think it's worth it. The benefits of HBOT are it's own review! They've got monthly "subscription" to services that really make it incredibly affordable and, if I schedule the date ahead, it's pretty flexible. They're extremely prompt: I've never been overbooked, moved, or had someone else's session cut into mine That's over the course of months.

I’ve been coming here for about six months, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The front desk manager, Jessica is so competent, attentive and caring that I just assumed she was the General Manager. The treatments are state-of-the-art, and the place just has a healing vibration. This is the level of Cara I was looking for and not finding. I always look forward to going. This was an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming! The Hocatt ozone sauna is hard to describe in words. One of the most relaxing and peaceful half hour everyone should experience! This treatment really helped my everyday lower back and leg pains! Thank you for this experience!

I had a wonderful morning at COR. I used the HOCATT and had it programmed for Lymphatic Cleansing, I used the massage chair, and also the Soma Dome which included light and sound therapy as well as a Higher Dose PEMF mat. Pure Bliss! I am excited to check out the hyperbaric chamber and EmSella next time. I highly recommend checking it out.
