Your First Visit
Initial consultation (in person or virtual) with ARNP to assess wellness goals, review health history, medications, and determine candidacy; plan for a full hour; hydrate well and avoid alcohol/caffeine before session
How Often to Come
Once or twice a week for active users; most patients once every 4-6 weeks

$175 per IV infusion; VIP Yearly Membership $4,200/year for 24 IVs; Premier Yearly Membership $2,400/year for 12 IVs

Shannon K. was amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about the work she does. My experience was more than positive. I also have to shout out to Gale at the reception desk for always offering great conversations in the waiting lobby! Due to Shannon and I’s consultations and her recommendations, I was able to maximize my weightloss results while on Semiglutide (before it was discontinued) and have lost a significant amount of weight in under a year. I am beyond grateful to have found Empowered Medspa at the time that I did. Whatever service you are considering, I would absolutely recommend Empowered Medspa!

As a first time newbie getting lip filler, I absolutely loved my experience getting my new pout! Cayla was so experienced and gentle taking all my fear of getting poked away instantly! I love how the RH3 product she recommended settled into my lips and I can’t wait to come back for my botox and NAD IV infusion visit next week! Excited to see the final result once my minimal swelling and bruising goes down! I mean take a look at my new lip shape!

I initially met Shannon for Botox/Xeomin and she has always done a great job with placement and suggesting where it would help the best. I then started seeing her for Semaglutide and have loved her care and attention to my weight loss journey. She is such a great provider, for the little and the big stuff! I highly recommend her!
