Great experience! Zakiya is super pleasant to work with, has great bedside manner and knows her stuff. This is my first time receiving an IV Infusion, so naturally I had a ton of questions. She answered every question and made me feel so at ease that I’m looking forward to my next infusion. There are other services offered and I returned twice within one week to receive additional services. I’m a girly girl and wanted “all of the things” but Zakiya did not promote or try to push any added services on me just to get more money. She in fact kept it real and let me know that I didn’t need those things that I inquired about. That act alone has gained her a loyal customer, showed that she truly cares for her clients and has our best interests at heart. Thanks to Zakiya, I look and feel great!

I had an amazing experience at Envy IV Infusions in Bridgewater. From the moment I called as a new customer to the moment I walked out, everything was exceptional. Zakiya Agosto went above and beyond to make me feel truly special, comfortable, and cared for. She was professional, kind, and attentive, and she took the time to explain everything, which immediately put me at ease. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and reassuring. I recently had the pleasure of receiving IV hydration treatment at this infusion center, and I cannot recommend it enough – largely due to the outstanding care provided by Zakiya. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Zakiya demonstrated an incredible level of expertise and knowledge. She explained the entire process to me in detail, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. What truly sets Nurse Zakiya apart is her exceptional bedside manner. She was not only compassionate and empathetic but also remarkably skilled. She was constantly checking to make sure I'm ok. I’ll start off by saying this is the first time I was itching to leave a review. From the moment I stepped into this facility I was impressed. The decor is beautiful and the place is spotless. Zakiya and Katherine greeted me with a welcoming smile. After expressing I’ve had a few bad experiences with IVs Zakiya distracted me with great conversation while Katherine flawlessly placed the IV and started the drip. Even after everything was in place they both stayed and we proceeded to have a conversation about traveling, food, genetics, health and wellness, etc. It is not very often I feel that comfortable with strangers, my ambiverts or introverts will understand. It is an absolutely art form to create a space in which time passes quickly while there is an IV your arm. After a painless IV placement, amazing conversation and great recommendations for future treatments I was ready to go in what felt like minutes (It was about an hour). On top of the amazing experience that perfect cocktail I was infused with left me feeling uplifted and energetic. If my interaction with Katherine and Zakiya was any indication of the sort of customer service I will get during a facial or any other service, sign me up!
