Thought I had a medical massage but there was a problem with my referral. Instead of canceling my appointment, I was offered an opportunity to have a regular massage. I met with the therapist who would’ve done my medical massage. He asked why I was coming for a massage. I explained why and he tailored my massage to help with my problem. As soon as my referral comes through I will definitely go back. When those visits are over, I will continue to go back for massages. The staff is friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Thank you.

This office os truly a pleasure to deal with, Mary and her staff are Professional, Friendly, Informative, when you call you actually get to speak with a human, and one that actually understands what your calling about and cares about the situation and fallows through with getting answers, the Medical Staff always puts your health and needs First! They actually care about you, your recovery, and getting you back to a healthy path that works for all!! Thats so hard to find these days, my situation has been long and drawn out with absolutely no fault to Healthwithin, they jumped on board and immediately started getting things done, as far as I'm concerned went way, way above and beyond, and continuing, I cant Thank them enough!

Susan Bell the RRN ( I think she is ) Is just the best, very caring and thoughtful plus easy to talk to, always explains things in a way that's easy to understand. The receptionists up front are always nice and polite, just over all a great group of people that really care.

Dr. Bell and her entire staff are very kind. I was afraid to go because a couple of years ago I had a very bad experience with Dr. Cohen here in Yakima, but Dr. Bell made me feel confident that she would help me with my problem and that there were good doctors like her.
