I agree with the other positive review, Dr Ashley has been very focused on my health needs. She listens to my concerns and proposes ways to improve my health with a focus on healthy living as a first priority. That is why I went to her in the first place. My blood numbers have improved substantially, largely without unnecessary medications. I am very happy with the results!

Like others have say don’t even waste your time here. I called and the told me to call another number, left a message and also emailed for new patient appointment (before I really looked at the reviews) I never even received a call back 3 weeks later. I’m glad I never got booked on a place like this. As a new patient coordinator at an office it’s really not that hard to follow up with patients.

I had been seeing Dr. Ashely for almost 2 years. I would always have to schedule appointments weeks in advance. Every appointment I would have to wait 30+ minutes to go into the back, and then another 15-20 minutes before I would see the doctor. Even when my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. She did spend a lot of time with me during my visit, and I did feel she listened to me. However I was looking for a doctor the favors Natural Medicine, and the Botox injection ads in the room made me question if I was in the right place. What made me look elsewhere was how her staff treated my Mother, who referred me to this doctor. After waiting for 7+ days for them to fill her hormone RX, and 2 phone calls to their office, she discovered she needed to be seen before they would fill her Rx. Her office did not tell the pharmacy this, or respond to the refill request at all. She had been out of her hormones for a few days when she finally reached the office. Needless to say, she was upset and voiced her frustration the the person she talked with. My Mom never yelled, cursed, belittled or called the person she spoke with any names. She was just frustrated. Later that week she received a letter stating that she could no longer be a patient at this Doctors office. It was not on letter head and the signature was a stamp. Evidently the person on the other end of the phone felt "Threatened" and they have a 0 tolerance policy on threats. So if you get upset because they don't return calls, don't respond to refill requested from the Pharmacy, and call to complain, you may be turned away as a patient.

I had a lot of health concerns and was hoping for a holistic approach that integrates mental health and was blown off. Contacting these people is incredibly difficult. Instead of suggesting anything remotely helpful, the 'doctor' suggested i buy a supplement from her other business made from cow hormones. They used my insurance to bill it as a annual checkup, but when I asked for refills on my migraine medicine I got the runaround for months.
