It’s not often you come across something that changes your life, but today was such a welcomed surprise. I went into In-Light unsure of what to expect, and I left that building a new woman. There are so many treatment options and Cait walked me through everything helping me choose the right treatments for me. The oxygen chamber was so cool! It was surprisingly comfortable and got my body ready to do some healing! Red light therapy is something I wasn’t really familiar with, but after a detailed explanation of the befits of it I was all in! Now my plan is to be back every week! The TRT treatment is life-changing. I went from constant knee pain all day everyday, to feeling like I had brand new baby knees! I have never been more excited about any treatment in my life! I can’t wait to get back in there and see what wonders it can do with my hips! Edna walked me through everything and explained what she was doing every step of the treatment and exactly how it worked. I was elated by the time I left! Everyone at In Light is amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

Met with Caitlin, super friendly, easy to talk with, she explained everything in length, answered my questions. Loved my first treatment, 14 more to go. I may become a lifetime member. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a way to up your wellness game, heal from an illness or surgery (like me), or getting ready for surgery.

Esther was an excellent provider today! The explanation of how the Shockwave machine worked and the communication during the entire procedure made the visit easy and straightforward in regards to what to expect through out the entire treatment.

I went in for HBOT and could not have asked for a better experience. Staff was so warm and Caitlin took all the time I needed talking with me like a friend beforehand. They really know what they are doing here.
