If it weren't for my nurse, who is incredible! I would've found a different place long ago. From a nurse who filled my PICC line full of blood when she shouldn't have and made comments about how I should do better on my IV drips and how I couldn't get through the 2 hours there. They didn't retrain her or anything. Just told her to not interact with me. Lastly, My bills are consistently wrong. I have needed to call higher ups for them to fix it. Random double charges and an out of the blue $500 charge? Now I'm hesitant to pay anything to them. It's bad when the patient notices billing issues before the billing department. Front office and my nurse and supplies do a great job!

I’ve had my share of infusion centers, but this by far is amazing! This place was very clean and nurse and staff members were so pleasant and made this experience more at ease. My nurse was Tammy, she was very knowledgeable and took the best care of me. I would definitely recommend this place to own friends and family.

Saida, Rebecca, and John at the Everett office took amazing care of me. They worked me into the schedule incredibly quickly when my medication changed, and they were kind, patient, and gentle during the appointment. They took time to answer my questions, repeatedly offered drinks and snacks, and make sure I felt cared for. I can’t recommend Infusion Solutions enough!

This place has been a God send to my mother. Mom has dementia and doesn't like water. We go once a week and she gets hydrated enough to keep her out of the hospital. We still push water in our home. Infusion Solutions is still our back up. The team is great. John especially has a way with Mom. She can get a little inappropriate. They all handle it with humor and grace. 100% with time and money. Wonder service.

Callie went out of her way to get the medications the hospital ordered prepared and delivered as fast as humanly possible, so that i could get discharged as promptly as could be. Arrival to the hospital was crisply punctual. Communication with me far exceeded that of the hospital itself. The professionalism demonstrated was outstanding. The kindness, understanding, and overall quality of service was top tier. Thank you Callie, and thank you to Infusion Solutions!
