I came into Integrated Wellness & Aesthetics experiencing severe back and neck pain from playing soccer. The discomfort had gotten to the point where even simple tasks like driving or turning my neck became difficult and painful. After visiting Dr. Jessica Jackson, I received a thorough muscle massage and adjustment. The relief was almost immediate. I was able to sit up without pain and move normally again. Dr. Jackson was professional, attentive, and truly knowledgeable in her approach. I highly recommend Integrated Wellness & Aesthetics to anyone dealing with similar issues. The care I received made a noticeable difference, and I’m very grateful for the experience.

Alette gave me THE BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! First of all, she is GORGEOUS. Second of all, her massage was AMAZING!!!!!! In the one hour I had with her I feel deeply relaxed, and she was able to apply the right pressure, and work on all of troublesome spots without me even directing her! She even massaged my head which was incredible and I’ve never had that done by a masseuse before. She worked a lot on my feet that have been aching from 12-14 hour days in heels. She used hot stones and warm towels. It was the whole nine yards. I really appreciate her services. I am fortunate she is covered by insurance, but would pay out of pocket because she is worth it. Already looking forward to my next massage.

Alette is the BEST!!! I have tried laser hair removal in the past at other places (one place on stomach, different place for face/legs) and recently have completed 2 underarm laser hair removal sessions with Alette. The experience has been so good. She makes me feel comfortable and the results are already starting to show. I have DARK and THICK hair (cute, I know) and I have noticed a huge decrease in the speed at which the hair grows back and it has thinned out. Her laser is great. I feel warmth but the pain level is low and the session is quick. She is very careful to adjust it to my skin type and observes the reaction. She constantly was checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. If you are thinking of treating yourself to avoid shaving, do it!

Highly Recommend! Hands-down the best massages I've ever gotten! Seriously, if you aren't treating yourself or using your medical benefits (because she takes insurance!) you are crazy. I am extremely active (hard workouts 5-7 days a week) but suffer from chronic lower-hip/back pain from an overly tight IT band. Alette does AMAZING work on my lower-hip/back area AND all of the other spots that need attention after days of hard workouts.

I always leave the spa feeling like I've been on vacation! Alette's massage is the best I've ever had...I get one monthly. I've recently started using Tama's facial treatments and feel like my skin is improving. I highly recommend both!
