I could never find a provider that just listened to you instead of them just listening with their mind already made up. Ms. Shenika Williams and her staff are absolutely amazing and so caring. She listens and wants to be a part of every medical step you're going through and that's rare. It's mostly what do you want and hurry up to the next appointment. I wish I would have found her sooner, she has been a true blessing to my life and care.

Ms. Shenika listens to my concerns and gives me all the options available for my treatment. She's caring and understanding. Her team is great to work with and easily accessible when questions or concerns arise. The last 6 months, my health has seen a major improvement. Highly recommend Mrs. Williams and bwe team.

I had my monthly appointment today and truly appreciate the convenience of being able to meet with Dr. Shenika Williams via Zoom. As a mother, student, and working professional, my schedule is incredibly demanding, so having the flexibility to attend my appointments virtually is a tremendous help. Dr. Williams is consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to my concerns, something I’ve not always experienced with other providers. Her care and professionalism make a meaningful difference in my healthcare experience.

So far so good… NP Williams was great ! Very considerate I was able to get a telehealth appointment same day I signed up… I was able to get approval for the medication I requested. And hopefully I’ll have a smooth experience at the pharmacy when I pick it up !

This place feels like a home away from home. All of the staff are so personable and you don't have to question if they care about you... it exudes from every interaction that I have with them. If you're looking for a truly holistic approach to care then I highly recommend Integrated Family Medicine and Aesthetic Wellness!
