I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making me feel confident. The office is welcoming and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere is calm and reassuring. I truly appreciate the range of services they offer. Dr Cochran is the most knowledgeable ND I have ever encountered. I have been a hardcore biohacker for nearly 20 years, and usually doctors don't know half of what I am up to and it's tricky to get good care. Dr Cochran is the exception. He cut to the core of my issue but was so carefully nuanced in his recommendations. He knows what labs to order and takes the time to explain everything to me. I am getting noticable improvements in my complex health issues. I am lucky I found him. Outstanding doctor and great care. Worth every penny.

Sadly, I agree with other comments that the front desk is less than helpful when emergency situations arise, which is the fault of management for putting them in this position. I was prescribed three supplements that, when combined, caused me significant pain and distress. I asked to be seen but the time until the next available opening was extensive. There was literally no one who would return my calls or come to the phone to advise whether the pain would subside or if the supplements needed to be stopped. The manager is never on site and the front desk must email her and then eventually she may email the patient OR simply have the front desk call the patient back to decline to help or answer any questions. This isn't a plumbers office (see the comment below left by the "owner" comparing his practice to a plumber or electrician for insight on how they view patients who need medical CARE ), this is a medical office, and a nurse or MA (or the manager) should be available to take calls, relay information to the physician, and get back to a patient within a reasonable amount of time, especially if they are having a reaction to supplements. I am being literal when I say not one person I spoke to cared. They were just humdrum and casual about the whole thing. As an aside, Dr. Cochran and his manager refused to refund the money for these three supplements (all of which caused extreme gastritis) even though the company from which they came said they would refund Dr. Cochran if he returned them - their office could literally have refunded me, set up an appointment to see the Dr., and resolved this matter relatively easily and refused to do so. As a result, I suffered an enormous amount of pain and I'm out well over $100. Managers, especially of health clinics, should be onsite at all times. Leaving folks who have zero decision making power having to be in the middle, while the physician who owns the practice gives all decision making power to the manager who is the only person who does not work on site does not equate to good patient care.

I've been seeing Dr. Cochran for about 7 years and he has literally changed my life. He truly works with you to find the best path forward and always takes the necessary time to educate me on my options. I wouldn't trust anyone else to my personal health care. Also, can't say enough about the staff. They are always courteous and helpful. Interactive Health Care deserves 5 stars!

Dr. Cochran is brilliant. He is a very caring doctor, is very knowledgeable and researches constantly to bring the best care to his patients. I am so fortunate to have him as my Doctor. I have a chronic disease which is much more manageable with his guidance. He discovered that I have other underlying health issues, and I had assumed the symptoms were from my disease! I don't hurt like I did, I have more energy. No other doctor every came close to figuring this out. Dr. Cochran finds the WHY. The front desk staff are wonderful. They are up front about what insurance does or does not pay for, or they let you know that you should contact your insurance company FIRST. This is a very professional, caring health clinic.
