I've been going here for almost a year now and it is the best experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. Dr. Frances Lee, Dr. Isabella Merrill, and the receptionist Marty Peterson are always exceptionally kind, accomodating, professional, and just overall amazing! Incredibly welcoming environment where everyone smiles and greets you the moment you walk in and calming music with comfy furniture once inside, with water and tea waiting. Check-in is always so swift, I never even go up to the counter, because they know me the moment I enter the clinic and check me in within seconds. This clinic has the highest quality treatment I've ever received in my life! I have a very complex medical profile and their responsiveness to my needs and concerns, attentive nature to lab results and my symptoms, and ability to maneuver and truly understand my needs are otherworldly! I've seen over a dozen doctors within the past 3 years alone, and ISM is by and far the best in every way. They don't throw prescriptions at you every chance they get, are never quick to diagnose because they always want to understand the bigger picture, and provide a variety of treatment options from simple breathing and exercise to medicinal over-the-counter supplements. Dr. Frances Lee, who has been my primary care provider since I started going here in Jan 2025, has a sense of humor that eases the tension in the room that can come with medical concerns, is very encouraging of my progress, never irritable or curt, even when multiple treatment methods keep failing, and always asks questions, gets curious, and more creative whenever all else seems to fail. She always asks for my thoughts on any treatment plan she suggests, ensures my personal comfort with everything discussed, and goes out of her way to detail my visit summaries extensively because I have very poor oral memory. I can't recommend them enough!! Some of the sweetest doctors (and people) you'll ever meet! You will be well-taken care of!

I have been wanting to take a different approach to women's health. Specifically thyroid and hormones. I met Dr Merrill, I LEARNED so much from her in my 1st visit. I have already scheduled my 2nd appointment. The moment you walk into the clinic there is this calm peacefulness warm and inviting. The front desk staff is ready and waiting for you very friendly and helpful. Thank you IMS for a beautiful clinic with amazing doctors and staff

I have had a fear of doctors since I was small but the staff here at ISM really helped me overcome that fear, especially Dr Merrill. She has a down-to-earth personality, so smart and yet humble, and is kind and considerate. She provides a safe space to work through health issues; I feel safe to bring up anything. I also felt heard and seen by her and be enabled to take charge of my health by having discussions instead of simply being told what to do. They have different kind of tests and solutions that I haven't seen anywhere else; it's a one stop shop. I haven't felt the need for and importance of PCP until I came here. The rest of the staff are nice, smart and friendly. I am always greeted by warm smiles and conversation whenever I come in.

Came here recently to get my covid vaccine and it was fast and easy. Jaime has great customer service and made me feel very comfortable while there. She also provides offers other services! From Vitamin B shots to Naturopathic visits. Definitely coming back!

Dr Jamie, U R awesome. Laid back. Straight forward. No nonsense. Dr. J gave me more information during a 30 minute CDL physical than I've received in the last 35 years. I'm definitely going back to Dr. J.
