My first experience here is wonderful. The associate was informative, patient, and helpful with this experience. The process was quick and efficient. The location is in the same building as pier 115 to the right side. You go up the stairs and the entrance will be to your front. The place was well kept and a wonderful plus is it is dog friendly as long as your pup is in a bag. They offer many cocktails and add one to suite your needs.

Amazing service and made me feel comfortable - despite how awful I felt. They fixed me and I’m so glad they were open on a Sunday. 10/10 highly recommend

Disappointed. Signed up for the membership, went in to get my IV infusion and they couldn’t find my vein. Tried 7 times, 4 times in my arm, 2 in my wrist, and once on my hand. I left so wounded and in worst shape than I went in. I’m young and healthy and they tried saying it was because I was dehydrated so I drank a whole bottle of water, an entire bottle of Gatorade, waited a while in between attempts and nothing. I asked to get refunded for the month of August, since that was the only day I was available to come in and it’s not my fault they weren’t able to find a vein. They refused and when I asked to cancel they said the only way was to come in person. The worst part is I found out they’re not even nurses, the ones working there are paramedics. I wish I knew this before getting poked 7 times!! Would not recommend this place.

Amazing experience with Lauren! First time doing this ever and she was so sweet. I was so severely dehydrated that it took very long to find a vein but she didnt give up on me! I feel much better today after the hydration “cocktail”. I’ll be back eventually :)
