I am leaving this review to warn others about the completely unacceptable service at Life Drips IV Practice in Jersey City. This was, without a doubt, a 0-star experience! My scheduled IV repair appointment was a complete failure, as the clinician was a total no show. I wasted time traveling to and waiting at the Base gym location only to be met with confusion. The most frustrating part was the response from the front desk staff at Base gym. They were utterly confused. The fact that front desk mentioned that this is not the first time the clinician has failed to show up. This happened multiple times!! This indicates a profound and systemic failure in scheduling, communication, and basic professionalism!! How are they even practicing? How a business can operate with such a blatant disregard for a customer's time. It's clear why their ratings on platforms like ClassPass are so low. I am now convinced that any top-tier reviews they possess are 100% paid for. Avoid this practice entirely. Save your money and, more importantly, save your time.

How are they still in business? Taking peoples money even though they are aware they do not have the products people are booking. Booked an IV and they didn’t even have b12.

Had a great experience! I did the Vitamin B12 shot. The doctors were very informative about how I’d feel afterward as well as when one should to get other shots and IV drips. The whole thing took no more than 20 minutes.

The only way this could have gone worse would be if I actually was allowed to get into my appointment. Showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment but someone walked up and was given my spot because the person working there has no access to the system that manages appointments. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to interrupt the session that was going on to tell them I have to be somewhere in 10 minutes and asked what recourse I could take. The person had no info and suggested I try tomorrow to get a walk in spot. Don't bother with this unless you have a flexible schedule or a high tolerance for chaos.

Just got another IV Revitalize from LIFE DRIPS this last Thursday and it did not disappoint! It’s been a week and I still feel it’s effects. I always get IV’s from this facility and they provide me with a significant boost of energy, clearer skin, and ultimate hydration! The area is completely sterile and the nurses are very well versed in providing wonderful patient service. I love this place and so will you (:
