Very friendly staff. The place is beautiful and has an amazing vibe. Sometimes you get a pretentious feel from these sorts of places but that is not the case at all here! It’s very clean and well kept. I do the hyperbaric chamber, sauna and cold plunge and the way I feel when I walk out the door is AMAZING and I cannot recommend these services enough to those around me! They are very easy to reach and being a text away from setting an appointment is so convenient. I also love that they have the LMNT drinks for purchase after the sauna. My only issues are I do wish I had gotten a better initial walk through. It was more of, here is each service. When I did a float at another location the staff was so informative on the service, the benefits, how the machine cycled and filtered the water you were in etc. I do wish there had been more of that. I also don’t love that they ask you to bring your own towel. It’s a spa and I feel like that should be a given. Lastly I don’t love that I have to pay $5 for a rinse off. After sweating in the sauna, then sitting in the cold plunge pool, I feel a rinse off shower should be a given. When I did the float at another location the shower after was expected and no one wants to have to feel funky after leaving a spa and have to go home to shower. The prices have been raised quite a bit so it would be nice if that sort of thing was included. It feels a little like we’re being nickel and dime’d.

This is the best place! I started the hyperbaric treatments last year and also the sauna, magnesium soaks and massage. Emily and Eric are awesome to work with, all employees are kind and professional, I am a very happy client. I am healthier now and I am blessed to have such wonderful healing modalities available. Thank you!!! I would also like to say that Holly and Paige are excellent staff as well and I am very impressed!

I was very skeptical on my first visit, the staff was very kind and helpful through my first hyperbaric experience, from my very first visit I could feel it helping. The process helped me with my mornings and stamina through work day seriously thinking of purchasing a unit to travel with me in summers with work. When return this fall will be scheduling more visits that will included massage and soaking. My experience with nearing total health was amazing felt they went above and beyond for their customers, and very clean throughout. Thank you for the great experience and look forward to my return

I’ve been going to Nearing Total Health for almost 3 years and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Emily-Crunchy Muscles Massage is AMAZING, I can’t say this enough. I definitely recommend getting a magnesium soak prior to a massage. Not only is the environment relaxing, but it is exactly what my muscles need before a massage, especially when they are tight or hurting. I’ve also done the Infrared Sauna and Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, which are both also incredible. @nearingtotalhealth_ on Instagram gives you details on all the services they offer as well as the benefits of each one, which I find extremely helpful! All their staff is amazing and kind! The place itself is beautiful and has a comfy home-y feeling. You should definitely check it out!

Been going to Nearing Total Health for about a year and I have had the best experience. Staff is professional and knowledgeable, my massage therapist listens and adapts her plan based on my current needs. When you go, you have to do the magnesium soak pre-massage, the soaks are so relaxing and really maximize your massage time.
