Ciara Perez was great. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. She accurately identified what my problem was and then successfully treated it. That alone is worth a 5 star rating as far as I’m concerned, however not the only reason she will be my first contact for my next health issue. What I really appreciated was the manner in which she made me feel heard and understood, as well as her ability to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I did not feel like I was just another name being processed as fast as possible like other appointments I have had in the past. I strongly recommend her and will be returning to her the next time the need arises.
