Overall my experience with Option Care has been great. I have a rare genetic neuromuscular disease that requires 5-7 hour infusions every other week. I have received 4 infusions from Option Care so far and my nurse Pius has been amazing all 4 times. They try their hardest to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I feel very comfortable with them managing my infusions.

Wyatt was a fantastic infusion nurse! I've been getting my infusions nearly 3 years and in my first session he explained things I'd never been told at my prior place, including how to know if I was having a negative reaction. You'd think that would be standard, but I guess it isn't ... unless you're with Option Care. Definitely happy to be here. Highly recommended!

Not a pharmacy. Not open 24/7. The people were nice but took no accountability for Google incorrectly stating this is a 24/7 Pharmacy. I drove 45 minutes and they just laughed it off, “happens all the time.” Well then…fix it.

I’ve been coming to Option Care for infusions for several years, and in the past, the Everett office truly cared about their patients. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. Whoever is managing the Everett location now seems disconnected from patient needs. Scheduling appointments has become a frustrating process, and it often feels like the default response is to blame insurance rather than taking the time to look into the issue. I understand the healthcare system in the U.S. has its challenges, but patients still deserve timely and reliable service from their providers especially when it comes to critical treatments like infusions. If the office hired enough staff to handle insurance matters and respond to patient concerns promptly rather than relying on voicemail callbacks patients wouldn’t be left waiting while their health worsens. For a facility providing such important treatments, delays like this can have serious consequences.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Option Care in Everett on 9/16/2024. I cannot remember the name of the clinician who cared for me that day, but he was very clean, paid attention to detail and sterile protocols, and was very gentle when removing my dressing and cleaning the area. Thank you for being so kind and empathetic with your patients!
