My 16 year old son who was diagnosed with cancer came in this afternoon to have a vitamin C IV/hydration and I am beyond happy with the entire experience from start to finish. First, the entire staff was knowledgeable and professional but my son had the best time with Dan who was absolutely excellent. My son has had some bad experiences with IV's and Dan made everything so quick easy and painless for him. We can't wait to come back. My son has been through hell with his cancer therapies and the massage chairs and just the whole vibe of this place was a nice change. I can't recommend this location enough! Thank you Dan

This is a great place! I feel instantly better after my treatments. The staff are professional, and patient with my questions. The membership lounge and pricing are totally worth it! I have had a couple treatments now and both times have left more relaxed and feeling better.

I absolutely love this service and this location. Too many reasons to explain here but if your thinking about it just commit, you'll be so glad you did. The staff at this location is A+ From front desk to back of house, absolute killer service. Oh and the message chairs . . . A dream.

I felt under the weather and came in for an Immunity armor with double Glutathione, Vitamin D and Nad. I feel a MILLION times better already!! Plus Kristen floated my IV in like a wizard! LOVE Prime IV!!

This was my mom’s first time using an IV service and she was very happy with the experience. They started the appointment with a nurse practitioner who did an intake assessment and was very helpful. My mom loved that Dan was able to get the IV needle done with no pain! Tracey offered options on IV infusions and recommendations on what worked best. The medical staff & Receptionist were very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My mom loved the massage chair which is a big plus while getting an infusion. Great service and experience at Prime IV in Kennewick. Looking forward on coming back. Thank you Dan and Prime IV staff.
