I had my first appointment at Rehydrate in Shelton, CT and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to really listen to my goals and concerns, and I never once felt rushed. Dominika, the owner, did my treatment and was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained every step of the process in detail! She made sure I understood what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what results to expected to be. Her precision and professionalism immediately put me at ease. The level of care and quality of service truly stood out! It's clear they prioritize both safety and results, and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident. The space itself is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. If you're looking for a medspa that combines expertise, transparency, and top-tier service, Rehydrate is it! Hands down!! I'Il absolutely be back and highly recommend them to anyone considering going to a Medspa for any kind of treatment!

Dominika and Staff are wonderful! They are very caring, and I feel not just like their client, but part of their extended family for well over a year now. They treat each of us with respect and have the experience and expertise to handle all situations. The services they provide to me ( including Injections, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Compression ) allow me to feel like a better version of myself with each visit. The cleanliness of the Shelton CT facility is impeccable and the variety of their Medical Spa services is vast! Please stop by for a visit — there’s a holiday promotion going on — you will not be disappointed! 😀

This was my first time coming here and the experience was amazing! My appointment was for the red light therapy. Dominika was very gracious, kind, professional, and patient. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She walked me to the red light therapy room, and gave me instructions on how to operate the red light therapy bed. The red light therapy felt so good. I thought I would overheat, but I did not. It felt very therapeutic. After my session was over, we discussed skin care and vitamin injections, packages and memberships. This place Is a well kept secret-it’s a gem in Shelton. Highly recommended and I will be returning. Thank you Dominika!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dominika during a conference, and a few months later, I booked an appointment due to a vitamin D deficiency. Her team thoroughly evaluated my blood results, and we discussed the best ways for me to achieve a healthy level of vitamin D. Had an amazing experience under Dominika’s care. Thoroughly enjoyed the red light therapy bed and compression sessions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is feeling out of it or sore.
