I recently had a combination of treatments with Dr. Luba — RF microneedling, Genesis laser, and an eye treatment with microcurrents — all done in one day, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Luba is professional, friendly and very personable. I came in for laser tattoo removal for two tattoos on my face. Upon emailing Dr. Luba she was very quick in her response time and I was able to book an appointment very quickly. Upon arrival she greeted me and took me into the room to get started after I filled out intake forms. She was very friendly and informed me on what to expect during my removal. During the removal process there was very very minimal pain, and she asked me how I was doing multiple times throughout the process. While she’s doing laser tattoo removal she has this cooling air she uses to ease any pain you may have, this definitely came in handy. Honestly I can say that this tattoo removal session was quicker and less painful than when I got them tattooed on my face. Laser tattoo removal is a process and she is very upfront and honest with how many sessions she estimates you may need. I truly appreciated this because it gave me realistic expectations on my tattoo removal journey. Yes, you may blister, it’s normal and yes you may feel tightness and scabbing after, it’s also normal. If you’ve gotten a tattoo you already know whether you’re putting ink in your body or removing it, it’s not gonna be 100% painless and there’s always a healing process. I wish I would have found Dr. Luba sooner than I did. I definitely recommended her if you’re in need of an honest, friendly and professional tattoo removal specialist.

Luba, she knows exactly what she is doing- a great professional. She took such a good care of me. I always have wonderful experiences there when I start and finish my treatments. I got laser hair treatments and C02 laser facial treatments from her. She always makes sure everything is ok for me during my treatments and follow up after the treatment as well. I enjoyed talking with her and felt very comfortable there. Thank you Luba.

Very negative and shocking experience. During my visits, the pricing and services were not clearly explained despite me asking direct questions multiple times. My questions about cost were repeatedly ignored. Dr. Luba also charged me extra for services that were advertised as included in my membership, without my knowledge or permission. I was shocked to later discover that my debit card had been charged multiple times for large amounts that were never discussed with me or authorized. I cannot describe the sickening feeling of receiving notifications of charges that I never authorized. When I tried to contact Dr. Luba to clarify the charges, she blatantly ignored my texts.This lack of transparency and communication is extremely concerning, especially from someone presenting herself as a medical professional. I strongly recommend being very cautious about providing your credit or debit card information. I always felt that I could trust a professional, especially a doctor, and never expected to be treated with such disrespect.
