I visited Restore for an IV treatment, but my experience was unpleasant. The staff completed the entire IV in just 20 minutes, even though the ingredients I received — glutathione, vitamin C, B12, B complex, glutamine, and L-carnitine — should normally be infused over at least 60 minutes. As a result, I felt dizzy, extremely fatigued, and weak. I hope the clinic reviews their procedures and ensures safe infusion speeds in the future.

Signed up in November and was told I'd receive information about a military discount. After three weeks and three phone calls, I finally received an answer: their member discount is 30%, military is 20%, so no military discount applies. This policy was never explained at enrollment. More frustrating than the policy itself was the runaround. Multiple promises that a manager would call. Claims that my phone "wasn't working"—yet it worked fine when they finally called today. Three weeks for a simple yes or no. The services may be fine, but the communication and follow-through were unprofessional. Veterans considering this location should ask pointed questions upfront and get answers in writing before signing anything.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this establishment. I purchased a 10-session package for hyperbaric therapy, and not once did the chamber reach the correct pressure level. Despite repeatedly informing the staff, the issue was never resolved. The pressure never even reached 4 PSI — far below the advertised 1.3 ATA. Every visit was plagued with issues: staff were unprepared, disorganized, or in meetings when I arrived (despite being told to come early). On multiple occasions, the chamber wasn’t ready, sheets were unchanged. Constant miscommunication and lack of professionalism made this a complete waste of time and money. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the sessions I didn’t use due to their failure to deliver the promised service, they refused. I even offered to pay for the three faulty sessions I did attend, despite the pressure not being correct — and they still wouldn’t refund the remaining balance. I’ve never experienced such poor service, especially for something this costly. I do not recommend this business and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs.
