My husband and I have been to see Savannah at Savvy Rejuvenation several times. Our first trip was for the IV vitamin treatment and now I just had my second microneedling procedure. Both experiences were 5 star. I look forward to going back!

The website was complicated and kept scheduling me multiple time slots. I figured out how to cancel all but 1 so I assumed all was well. Fast forward. 2 hours before my scheduled appt I get an automated text notice to remind me of my appt. 5 min later I get a separate text from Savannah telling me she was sorry but needed to reschedule because she saw the appt I had canceled and now she was not able to come in today. Not 1 time did anyone attempt to reach out in person and although it is holiday season the available time choices seemed liked her business is not her first priority. I will be avoiding this establishment and seeking a professional one.
