By far one of the best experiences I have ever experienced when dealing with doctors. I felt welcomed, and comfortable going to Dr. Janel. I have gained so much knowledge and confidence in my health journey. Thank you! I will be back

I only got the nerve to write this after realizing what happened to me. I went to this clinic for weight loss help in the midst of the GLP1 craze and the pandemic. I was charged nearly TRIPLE for the medication in addition to the clinic visits. In my desperation, I didn’t realize there were other more affordable options (Zoom+ care). Also, I was charged $200+ for an appointment that I didn’t have. I was scheduled to see the doctor but had to cancel due to covid, and there was no substitute virtual visit. The assistant insisted I had the appointment and I owed the money. Then I got a letter threatening to send it to collections. I paid it because I was tired of fighting with him. This is also before I realized that UNPAID MEDICAL BILLS UNDER $500 DON’T AFFECT CREDIT SCORE. While the actual “care” at this clinic might be good for some people, the ethics certainly are not.

I have been taking my 2 sons to Dr. Lang for about 2 years now. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and quick to answer all our questions. With her help, we have identified and worked to manage food sensitivities and digestive struggles. I brought my daughter in today for a consult and also had an excellent experience. We have done telehealth and in person appointments and always walk away feeling empowered in our health. The front office staff, phone support and behind the scenes office staff have all been wonderful to work with. Michael is very detailed and helpful with all my scheduling questions and requests.

Just don’t waste your time. $425 for a 45 min appointment to only talk to the doctor for maybe 20 mins. Other time was spent waiting to come into the room or leave to put bloodwork in a different room. I’m sure there’s timing with all of that but I would have appreciated more time actually talk about symptoms and idk, having a conversation with the doctor. Was not personable just very in and out. Then on the way out was pushed into her “special” vitamin blend for other things we discussed and immediately looked around the room and noticed it’s just a lot of things for sale. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who wants to help you without the first line of defense being”buy this”. If you do decide to go you might as well skip the follow up $15 min zoom call. Basically read verbatim test results without giving any special information. Best to save another $300 if you want to. Largely was very willing to pay out of pocket for what seemed like a very “naturopathic medicine” way and approach to my health but it was quite the opposite.

Caring, knowledgeable staff, & beautiful clinic. Dr Janel is very perceptive & after a thorough examination, was able to diagnose my issues & had very helpful alternative treatment recommendations. I am so thankful for relief from my symptoms! Kaela at the front desk was both friendly & accommodating, answering any questions I had readily & intelligently. Must also mention that the office is beautiful! Very relaxing environment. Definitely feel like I am in good hands at Specialty Natural Medicine. Thank you for your wonderful care and expertise!
