Sara is extremely helpful! I did functional lab testing with her and she spent an entire session reviewing the results with me. She walked through what everything meant and explained it in a way that felt clear and understandable. I left with actionable steps I can take to feel better and I feel much more in control of my health.

I saw Sarah for weight loss in December and want to start by saying both she and her daughter were incredibly kind. Her bedside manner is excellent, and I genuinely liked her. I was prescribed a GLP-1 for three months and gained 12 pounds. I’ll be the first to admit I live a very sedentary lifestyle — I sit at a desk for 10+ hours a day and wasn’t very active during that time. However, my appetite was never suppressed at all, which was the main reason I sought this treatment in the first place. When I asked about adjusting the dose, I was told no. I chose to discontinue treatment, but was still charged $350 for the following month—despite it not having started yet. It’s important to know that there’s a 30-day cancellation policy in the contract, so if you're not seeing results, consider canceling sooner rather than later if you’re thinking about switching providers. Separately, my husband was on testosterone therapy at $125/month. It was on autopay for six months, during which he received only two vials and had no follow-up or check-ins. While I take responsibility for not tracking this more closely, I expected better oversight. In total, we spent $2,682, gained weight, and received minimal medication. Since moving to another provider, I’ve lost 35 pounds in four months. While I still think highly of Sarah as a person, I found the experience disappointing and encourage others to carefully monitor billing, services, and progress throughout treatment. Things to watch out for: Auto-deductions: Monitor your account closely — charges may continue even if services stop. 30-day cancellation policy: Cancel early if you think you may want to stop — don’t wait until the end of the month. Dosage adjustments: Be aware that dose changes may not be considered even if you're not seeing results. Lack of follow-up: My husband received no contact or monitoring during the months of treatment.
