Ever since joining in April, I have grown to love this place more and more. All instructors are top notch, knowledgeable, fun and non-judgmental. It's a place to be exactly who you are on that day, and in that moment. I recommend The Wellness Vault to anyone looking for community and wellness.

The most caring and upbeat instructors who consistently challenge and encourage you in every class. The Wellness Vault has increased both my inner and physical strength, as well as my confidence. I recommend it to everyone!

The Wellness Vault has been the best workout place I have ever been too. I usually hate working out in front of people and at a typical gym, I hide behind equipment because I strongly dislike anyone watching me. The Wellness Vault is the most uplifting, positive, judgement-free environment I’ve been a part. It’s incredible! Highly HIGHLY recommend!! I tell all my friends, family & clients how amazing it is!

We are so lucky to have this studio in Cheney! They offer a variety of great classes. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun to be around. The environment at the Wellness Vault promotes joy in movement and body positivity. The group fitness atmosphere motivates me no matter which class I take, barre, yoga, strength, Pilates, all are wonderful! I highly recommend trying their unlimited 2 week trial of you're thinking about changing up or starting your fitness regimen.

I've only taken two classes here (Restore The Barre and Candle-Lit Restorative Yoga), and I am about to start my two week unlimited trial period. But even with only two classes completed there, I'm positive I will continue to come to The Wellness Vault, and I plan on purchasing a student class pack for the next quarter. This is the first and only fitness environment I have ever been in, that's supportive for any and all levels of experience (speaking as someone who has zero experience), is body positive/inclusive, very fun, and also pushes you to your full potential. The facility itself is beyond adorable and makes it super rewarding just to enter it each time (adorable interior design). Something that's really important to me that The Wellness Vault offers, that I also haven't found anywhere else, is the lack of focus on mirrors in sessions. The mirrors are spread out just the right amount that I don't ever feel like I'm looking at other people during sessions too much, that I'm being judged while working out, or am even able to judge myself (unless I so chose to place myself directly in front of a mirror). Additionally, the hot towels are amazing and a treat after each session! The classes themselves are just the right size. Not too big that you can't receive individual support from your instructors, but not too small that the attention is solely focused on you. The instructors remember you by name and make modifications for every single exercise (whether that's for more advanced or easier exercises). A yoga class, I took a year ago at a different place, didn't make any modifications for exercises and left me feeling clueless on what to do and initially turned me away from yoga/exercise classes, feeling like I was already way behind everyone else. Thank you to The Wellness Vault for making exercise feel rewarding and an enjoyable thing that I actually want to do, instead of a chore. I can't wait to start my two week trial period.
