Kelly is amazing! She answers all your questions and concerns and makes you feel comfortable and seen. She is very helpful with pre and post treatment to ensure a pleasant experience. I am not one to use Botox or fillers. However, I decided to try RF micro needling to help soften acne scars from my youth. I am looking forward to some textural improvement. Number 1 of 3 is complete. Very pleasant experience.

I could give this establishment a 10 star review I would! I’ve been dealing with an autoimmune disorder and they always go above and beyond with my care. I wasn’t able to finish one of their bags due to a flare up happening during treatment, they put half a bag on my file so that way if I come in again, I’m able to finish a full bag, even though they still have to throw away the bag I left half full. They also gave me a blanket because I was cold, offered it without even asking. I got an iron infusion and then right after got another treatment pack, my vein wasn’t really liking something in it so my nurse gave me a warm pack to help! I could go on and on about the incredible service i’ve received there. That was my fifth iron infusion and everytime i go im never disappointed. Sorry for the long ramble, but I can’t express enough of how amazing this facility is to have in Tri-Cities.

My doctor referred my son and I here a few weeks ago. He was suffering from OCD, anxiety and depression and started Ketamin infusions. I have noticed a difference in his overall being. The staff is always super welcoming and make us feel comfortable to be here. I definitely want to try their other services they offer as well. I definitely recommend this facility!

My very first visit anywhere getting Botox. Was happy with the ease and comfort, I felt coming into the unknown. Was educated a bit. As well as asked if I had a price range in mind. I thought that was super thoughtful and considerate to try to spread my money as far as possible with what I was trying to correct with Botox services. Tho I was willing to let them do as much as they thought I needed for what I wanted corrected❤️will be recommending people whenever I can!

I am part of the VIP Club at Tri-Cities Infusion and Wellness Clinic ever since my doctor retired. I get a vitality IV once a month, and they have beauty treatments and products as well as IV treatments. Check them out! All the nurses are very competent with what they do. One of the doctors that interviews you before you start any treatment was my primary care doctor before limiting her schedule. She chose the wellness clinic. The atmosphere is light and airy, and there is a sense of pleasantness with all who work there. Check it out!
