After having the stomach bug 2 weeks ago, I was absolutely running on empty. I started experiencing dizziness and decided to go to Twin Rivers. From the moment I called, I received the best customer service. Hailey was incredible!! She listened to my concerns and was able to recommend several options. I also really appreciated that she asked me my budget before recommending anything. The infusion itself was quick and easy and I left feeling much better. I'm so glad this service was available. I would highly recommend Hailey and the team at Twin Rivers!!!!

My first experience with the boutique IV services ever & I’m so glad I chose Twin Rivers! Hailey was so kind, personable, and I felt like I was meeting with a girl friend I’ve know for years. She did great with the services and explained everything in great detail and got my IV perfectly. Not to mention I already feel great after the service. 100/10 all around! I’ll definitely be back!!!

From the moment I walked in, the environment was incredibly relaxing, clean, and welcoming. The staff members are truly amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel comfortable and cared for. I tried both the IV infusion and the sauna, and each service left me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and well taken care of. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, and their positive energy made the entire visit even better. I had an excellent experience at Twin Rivers hydration spa and couldn’t be more grateful for Hailey, hydration specialist and Sarah who’s the manager. From the moment I arrived, Hailey and Sarah took the time to walk me through all of my options and made sure I fully understood what each IV offered. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Starting the IV was handled so gently, which I really appreciated—it made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Sarah, was just as impressive, clearly explaining pricing upfront and going over potential side effects so there were no surprises. This crew truly made sure I had everything I needed and that I felt confident in my choice. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for professional, caring, and transparent service.
