Best pediatrician experience I've ever had, very knowledgeable staff that feel they go above and beyond. Breaks down all the material and offers options to treatments while also being transparent about risks. Wish I had found this place sooner. Highly recommend!

They really take great care of my father (a current cancer patient) with his weekly IV vitamin drips. And their prices cannot be beat in this area! Their kindness & affordability keeps us coming back!!! Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I am so grateful my father has such a place during a stressful & scary time. Thank you Vigor staff!!!

Update: they saw my review and instead of reaching out, I received an automatic email from their payment processor saying that my client profile was deleted, ensuring I can't try to book with them again. I have lowered my star rating to a 1. I enjoyed the people working here while I went, but lately they have really been a disappointment. They will have open spots available so I'll schedule, but then they'll cancel it or reschedule at a different time that they didn't confirm with me first. I don't get the B12 injections because I just love a little energy boost, but because I'm highly deficient and have to get them weekly. Last week I scheduled my spot, which they then moved to a couple hours later (without asking me). I promptly called and let them know that I had other appointments that day and scheduled it during the time that the online booking said was open, for a reason. They apologized and said it was the only time slot they had open for the entire week. Mind you these appointments take one minute tops and also why does the system say you have openings if you don't? That was actually a problem a lot with this place, but they would typically only move it 15 minutes so it wasn't a big deal. Because they had no spots open for last week, I had to skip, and let me tell you what a difference my body felt not getting that injection. I have felt so exhausted, brain fog and just overall not well. There's a reason I have to get them. Today I had one scheduled and was so looking forward to it because I want to feel normal again. Three hours before my appointment I get a call that there's nobody who can do the injections today. She suggested Friday, but I work that day. I have loved that they're affordable, but their scheduling is not consistent and I have to have a consistent injection for my health. I'll be taking my weekly business elsewhere.

I took my daughter here last year when she was 8, and Dr. Ariel told me that the symptoms my daughter was experiencing was normal. The doctor disregarded most of what I was saying, as they believed that what my daughter was going through was now the new norm for her age group. However, when I went to the Vancouver clinic this last week, they informed me that what my daughter was experiencing was not normal. They listened to my requests and have now referred us to an endocrinologist. We did an x-ray there and her bone age came out 12 years and 11 months and she just turned 9. She has precocious puberty. Her bedside manner when my daughter was nervous about the stick being in her mouth was also threatening. She needs to learn how to treat kids, especially kids who are nervous. On top of it, she spoke to other patients about my daughter who didn't want to have the stick in her mouth to another patient that went there 2 days after us, which happened to be my niece. I like that it's a natural health clinic but didn't like how we were treated.

Dr. Haskins is wonderful. She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine going to another doctor, I am very glad they accept my insurance. 🙏🏼
