I had my RF microneedling done here, and honestly, I was just checking out places where I’d feel comfortable coming back for future treatments. From the moment I walked in, Erica made me feel welcome and even gave me a short tour of the spa — something I’ve never experienced before. Normally, you just show up, get the service, and leave. Vio Med Spa is truly amazing. I had Eli assisting me, and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. He’s incredibly gentle, walks me through the entire procedure, makes me feel confident, and gives helpful information throughout. His demeanor and style are such a vibe! Everyone at the spa is professional, friendly, and makes me feel like I truly belong there. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here! Everyone from beginning-to-end was friendly, knowledgeable, and open to answering all my questions as a newbie. It feels more like a community than a spa honestly! I attended an evening learning/socializing event, which was informative but also just so fun to meet other local women. Both Andreyah (esthetician) and Katie (nurse) were incredible. I started with a consultation and VISIA skin analysis, and they helped guide my treatment in a conservative and data-informed way. So, if you're new to professional skin care, I'd highly recommend trying this place as they're welcoming, thoughtful, and highly professional.

I saw Andreyah at the Redmond location for facial and my skin feels soft and is glowing. I couldn’t be happier. The products she used were so gentle that it didn’t cause any reactions considering my skin is pretty sensitive. The whole experience was phenomenal throughout! Looking forward to booking my next appointment:)

I had a great BBL Moxi laser treatment at VIO Med Spa in Redmond with Andreyah! She was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. She clearly explained what to expect, checked in during the treatment to make sure I was comfortable, and gave really helpful aftercare guidance. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I’d absolutely recommend her and already booked my next treatment! ✨

Only go if you want to be instantly greeted with a warm smile and receive 5 star luxury service! Adore this team and all their services have been amazing! My only face spa go-to. Today's facial with beautiful Andreyah was a comfy cozy delight! Dewy face, happy client! Highly recommend joining their membership. BIG perks:)
